Affordable
We are a virtual network of independent consultants. As such, we have little of the overhead traditional agencies require and pass the savings along to our clients. The obvious benefit to this approach is that it provides the highest and best use of an organization’s communication dollar: top-level talent and bottom-line cost efficiency.
Scalable
Hiring a single consultant can get the necessary expertise but may not allow efforts to be scaled up or down. Hiring a traditional agency is often expensive and may not guarantee an experienced team. WWC offers both the guarantee of experienced practitioners and the ability to quickly bring additional experience online for all of a client’s business communication needs.
Working With Wise Women Communications
It’s easy to get started working with WWC. For a new project proposal, simply tell us what you have in mind and we’ll schedule an appointment to review the project in detail. When we all agree on the scope and nature of the task, we will submit a formal proposal for your review.
Although we base fees on the estimated number of hours required, WWC does not work on an “hourly fee” basis. Because our projects are usually one-time and/or short-term, we determine a flat fee for the project. Out-of-pocket expenses, such as printing, travel, long-distance telephone calls, postage, etc., will be billed separately. We will not incur any expense in excess of $150 without your prior written approval.
If you select WWC for the project, we will prepare a simple contract, based on our mutual understanding of the project, its scope, and its completion requirements.
For new clients, WWC requests the payment of one half of the project fee upon contract signing. You will receive a final invoice upon project completion, with payment due within 10 days.
For projects projected to last more than one month, WWC reserves the right
to modify the fee payment structure.
